Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing or using MediBooking ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. MediBooking is a product of Stratoworks Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), registered in the United Kingdom.
2. Eligibility
The Service is available to individuals and businesses operating as independent healthcare practices. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the onboarding process and to keep your account information up to date.
4. The Service
MediBooking provides online booking tools for independent healthcare practices, including:
- An embeddable booking widget for existing websites
- A complete practice website with integrated booking
- An admin dashboard for managing bookings, services, and availability
- Automated email confirmations and reminders
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service with reasonable notice.
5. Payment and billing
The Service is billed monthly in advance. Prices are as listed on our pricing page at the time you subscribe. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your admin dashboard or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:
- Access to the Service continues until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your data will remain available for export for 90 days after cancellation
- After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted
7. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you provide to MediBooking, including practice information, service descriptions, and practitioner details. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to display and use this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
8. Patient data
Patient booking data is collected on your behalf. You are the data controller for patient data; we act as a data processor. Both parties must comply with applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the rights of others
- Transmit malicious code or attempt to compromise the security of the Service
- Use the Service for any purpose other than managing healthcare bookings
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MediBooking and Stratoworks Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any scheduled maintenance or downtime.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the admin dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
